Get Out of Your Chair and Do Some Downward Dogs

The yoga present called down canine is, Ive always believed, one of the weirdest relocations thats thought about fairly simple for newbies. Any intro yoga course is going to have a lot of them. Youre upside down, youre stretching parts of you that do not frequently get stretched and your shoulders have to support a great bit of your weight, a thing they rarely have to do otherwise.

And thats why I believe doing some down pets is a terrific choice for leaving your chair and shaking things up a bit. In a method, its the reverse of sitting at a desk.
